Astrology is a divine science, which needs something of yogic
insight to understand it even, and not merely method and some
formulae. It is for this reason that this is one of the six
limbs of the Vedas and is described as a Vedanga.
I believe in the achievements of physical sciences and technology,
and also in the supernormal. Astrology provides the link between
the two. My jyotish Guru, Yogi Bhaskaranandji was right. He
said, "If you do not know how to view life holistically,
you are a fool. And we have more fools amongs the educated."

Astrology was meant to teach wisdom to its practioner. It
was meant to be a bridge between the para (divine
knowledge) and the apara (worldly knowledge).
