Clarification : Singapore as a Safe Haven

Post by Khoo Hock Leong » Sun Dec 13, 2015 10:57 am

Hi Learned Members

We have gone through Singapore's astrological chart in the past so we will not go through in detail again.

But let's explore why Singapore is such a safe haven for others - whether for investing, living etc. Also by itself, it can only rise, always protected by other nations (10th and 11th) and God (9th and 10th).

Singapore obtained its independence on August 9th 1965 at 12 pm at GMT + 7.5.

However, since now we have adjusted our GMT to +8.0, you should put in the time as 12.30 pm UNLESS your software is able to know that we move our time half an hour forward after 1 Jan 1983 at midnight.

Okay, why is Singapore a safe haven all the way, for itself and for its residents?

In Vedic Astrology the MAIN protection houses are the 9th, 10th and 11th. Also the 3rd is important in the chart as it governs actions that will largely govern our destiny.

Singapore has a Libra Ascendant.

Mercury ruler of 9th is in the 11th. Sun ruler of 11th is in the 10th. Moon ruler of 10th is in the 3rd. Jupiter ruler of 3rd is in the 9th. And the baton is passed back to Mercury again.

The weakest planet in Singapore's chart is Mars. We seek peace for our evolvement. But Mars rule 7th. We do not believe in too much diplomacy on the front. But Mars being in the 12th which is the expansion of the 7th,
shows we back our words with actions, which is very good.

Ketu in 2nd in its own sign Scoprio shows we do not have our own natural resources. Rahu in 8th in Taurus is exalted shows we have foreign investments but since Venus is not the main player in the main dispositorship chain, it shows what is more important for us is our strategic planning (3rd) of our economy (10th), building up our prestige (11th) and our righteousness (dharma) in all that we do (9th).

Best Regards
